Rosewind Phases
Rosewind is a residential neighborhood featuring over 260 single-family homes situated in southern Ypsilanti Township. Our Phase, Phase 1, was the first to break ground in 2001 by Crosswinds Development Company. Rosweind has grown to 3 full phases today. The community offers a variety of home styles, including bi-level, colonial, and ranch designs, with sizes ranging from 986 to 2,772 square feet. Rosewind is ideally located and just minutes from Detroit Metro Airport to our East and the Ann Arbor area with world class health care and the University of Michigan to the West.
Additionally, each phase is governed by its own HOA.
Phase 1
The boundaries of the original phase are all residences located between the subdivision entrance on Martz Road to the north and the intersections of Poplar Drive, Maplelawn Drive, and Greenfield Street to the south.
Phase 2
Phase 2 includes All residences on Poplar Drive located south of Merritt Road, as well as all homes situated on Pamela Drive, Fielding Street, and Parkland Drive.
Phase 3
Phase 3 includes all residences on Poplar Drive located south of Merritt Road, as well as all homes situated on Pamela Drive, Fielding Street, and Parkland Drive.
