Hi my name is Tricia W., and I am the Treasurer of Rosewind Phase 1. I joined the board to help encourage a sense of community and belonging and to try to strengthen relationships with my neighbors. The ultimate goal is to make our neighborhood a wonderful place for all of us to live and thrive.

Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea Muto and I am a Member at Large of Rosewind Phase 1. I joined the board in 2025 to get involved in our community and try to actively contribute to the neighborhood.
